Main Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the daily management of factory
- Smooth the corporation within the company
- Staff satisfaction creation
- Report to CEO directly
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, Preferred in Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years or above in Production management of textile, sweater factories.
- Be familiar with ISO9000/SOP
- High degree of autonomy and willing to work under pressure
- Excellence command of both oral & written English.
- Patient, caring, focus on details, good team player
- Good supervisory skills
- able to manage team with strong& powerful leadership
