Description:
My company is a local company established on 2011, combined design, developing,sales,servise,promote together and mainly prductions are adjusted bra, brief, shapewear, pyjama,thermal cloth,swimming wear, swearter,socks etc. and we add SARING sales brand this year for fashion styles(T shirt, casual pants,children's wear, jeans). targer market in mid-high class. sales on line(T-mall) and exclusive shop.
My daily job are as follows:
1. Obey the work arrangement and scheduling of the superior, lead the department staff to complete the work tasks by example.
2. in charge of the quality and shipment date for all company orders.
3. Responsible for daily work arrangement and management of QA/QC team members.
4. Be responsible for the approval and evaluation of the pre-production sample made by the supplier and convene the pre-production meetings of the supplier (producton process sheet, plate shape, fitting test, fabric, etc.).
5. Responsible for arranging QC/QA to inspect the factory initial, inline and final inspection and solve the abnormal problems in the production process.
6. Establish the company's "the quality of quality standard" and "fabric standard"system.
7. Responsible for the development of new plants, quarterly assessment of the plant, the proposed elimination of backward unqualified and uncooperative outsourcing processing plants, to meet the production needs of the company.
8. According to company target, make KPI for monthly, seasonal and every year. training the QC team eigther.
9. Follow up the KPI for everyone and make score for them.
10. Make trainning PPT for Dept. and inhance the QC skill.
11. Responsible follow up the complain of customer, make PDCA plan to improve the quality. |
