| Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor QC inspection could be executed professionally and properly. 2. Responsible to update quality/management system according to HQ’s direction. 3. Responsible to provide technical guidance for warehouse QC. 4. Be responsible of track and control quality for products, make sure of product quality which meet Forever21’s requirement. 5. Personnel management of QC team. 6. Coordinate with other Depts. 7. Periodical evaluation of team member. 8. Monitor and check work of team member. Requirements: 1. Must have 7~8year’s relative working experience, including 3 years managerial level experience with global/international Company. 2. Have strong knowledge of all kinds of fabric, trims, accessories. 3. Be familiar with American AQL2.5/4.0 inspection standard. 4. Be familiar with quality control and inspection process for garment and accessory 5. Good at interpersonal communication skills. 6. Able to work under pressure 7. Excellent written and spoken English. 8. Being honest, active and self-motivated. |
