Update SLS (sample loading system).
o Check sample yardage status, order fabric, thread, special trims for sampling if no stock and organize fabric for sample cut.
o Chase up samples status in different area such as pattern, sewing and marker room.
o Apply sample license and organize sample dispatch every day.
o Open style file and collect all information in.
o Attend weekly line-by-line meeting with MP and factory.
o Translate, organize TDS card for development and production.
o Deal with sub-contracted factories on embroidery and beading quotation.
o Organize all paper work filing and samples keeping.
